2015 Dodge Grand Caravan – Camper Van Conversion

Fully self-contained camper van conversion. Adventure ready! - ~ 194,000 km - Original wheels - Recent BC provincial safety inspection - $2,500 recently invested in maintenance by previous owner in 2025 (front and rear brakes, suspension, bearing, spark plugs, and more) - Rust-proof treated since 2019 Equipment & Options - Stow n Go seats (This lets you convert between having a full-size bed and popping up the two middle row seats to have a 4-seater van) - Backup camera - Cruise control - A/C and heating - Tinted windows - Remote starter - WeatherTech window deflectors (so you can open windows without rain getting in) - Remora roof rack (value $2000, allows for the current roof storage box or alternatively a rooftop tent. Previous owners had a roof tent so they could sleep four: two in the roof tent and two in the van) - Winter tires (bought new in October, value ~$800) - Thule roof cargo box (I believe it has 400L storage capacity, value ~$900, doesn’t have key but still closes and stays shut. A replacement key can be ordered online.) Vanlife Conversion - Conversion kit: Freeway Malibu 2 + 3-piece mattress + 35L fridge and Danfoss/Secop compressor (value ~ $4900) - WeatherTech covers for all windows (for privacy and temp control when sleeping) (value $300) - 52L water tank - Sink and grey water tank - There’s a pump system that allows for running water out of a faucet - 120-watt solar panel (value $350) Notes: - I bought it in Montreal in July 2025 at around 175,000 km - My partner and I lived in it full time August - November as we were moving ourselves and our belongings from Montreal to Vancouver. The van took us coast to coast with no issues. - Selling because we don’t have a need for it anymore now that we’re settled in Vancouver and not planning any campervan travel in the near future - Recently passed a BC provincial safety inspection in order to get it registered in BC. - Lots of storage inside the vehicle and in the roof box. - Two oil changes done in last year. - Winter tires bought new and installed in October. - New wipers in October. - The two of us slept comfortably without a heater in as low as 5ºC quite comfortably (with a big duvet). - For the fridge, you can plug it in at a campsite with a power hookup.
