Brown Faux Suede Sofa and Loveseat

Durable faux suede sofa is brown with a three-cushion design. The material is soft to the touch and the piece has dark wood block feet. Couch cushions are removable and can be easily washed in a washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable, the cushions and frame do not sag or have indents from being used as some couches get after a while. They are not super heavy, but they do have a strong, quality frame that will last for a long time. Has been cleaned, but I have included in the pictures where my children got children's paint on the loveseat (can probably be taken out with a stronger chemical cleaner but I did not want to use it if the next person was allergic to those types of cleaners). All of the discrepancies I have shown in the pictures are on the loveseat. The underside has a rip, and the small hole is on the bottom part of the couch where a cushion would be covering it. Also the rip on the corner is at the back of the couch where it was resting against my wall. The couches come from a smoke- free, pet-free, bug-free and rodent-free home. I cannot deliver, but I can help carry them out to a truck if needed. As you can see I already have my other couch, so I am wanting to sell asap. Bigger one : 91in L × 37in D × 28in H.
