Classic late 80s / early 90s Norco Bushpilot steel frame. Perfect starting point for a retro mountain bike restoration, a bulletproof city commuter, or a single-speed gravel build. Has some surface rust on the lower stays and bottom bracket area from age, but the frame is straight, solid, and completely rideable. Decals are still mostly intact.
