Famous for his post-war architectural sketches, Liska perfectly captures the intricate Renaissance facade of the Schweinfurt Town Hall, built between 1570 and 1572. The back features the official cobalt blue AK Kaiser crown hallmark, Hans Liska’s printed signature, and a rich historical text block (in German) detailing the architectural significance of the Rathaus and the birthplace of poet Friedrich Rückert.
