Vintage Wood Vinyl Fireplace Bellows Embossed Brass Ship

This vintage fireplace bellows features a striking, embossed polished brass plate depicting a classic mid-century Spanish galleon sailing ship cutting through waves. It is trimmed with thick black vinyl securely fastened by a row of brass dome rivets, tapering down to a polished metal airflow nozzle. Constructed from solid wood finished in a smooth satin black lacquer that shows off the natural wood grain texture, it measures approximately 16 inches long by 6.5 inches wide. The reverse panel features an integrated mounting hole, allowing the piece to be hung cleanly on a wall next to a wood stove, fire pit, or fireplace mantel as a nautical folk art statement piece. Condition Details: Lattice Framework: Wood panels are structurally sound with a visible grain texture and no chips or cracks. Surface & Finish: Plated brass ship emblem is bright and perfectly adhered. The brass-toned dome tacks exhibit minor cosmetic patina consistent with age. The vinyl bellows section remains completely soft, flexible, and air-tight with no cracks or splits. Pickup in Silversprings
