Vintage Silver decorative oval ring

Vintage Silver ring with a decorative oval face. Size is approximately 4.5US. I have since the late 90s from my grandmother. I resized it and removed the patina in my teens and wore it lots. The 925 marking is not present anymore because of the resizing process.
