Vintage 1914-1940 Rare Size 3 1/2" Chinese Wanyu Translucent Rice Eye Dragon Pattern Gold Trim Bowl.Wanyu Markings on Bottom. This Rice Pattern Features Translucent Spots were Rice was put in the Clay before Firing then Burns Away Leaving a delicate light transmitting Pattern. Really Nice Wanyu Piece. Like New Condition, Other than a Tiny Chip in Gold Rim. So Small it's not Noticeable unless pointed out. There are many Similar bowls up for sale, Majority are 1950-1970 in a 4 1/2" or Larger size. The Early 1900's Dragon Bowl 3 1/2" size with Gold Trim are Very Rare. GREAT PRICE..ASKING $40 FIRM.
