REI Rolling Carry-On Luggage Bag - Red/Black

This is a rolling carry-on luggage bag in red and black that I bought in the US. It’s REI, the favourite outdoor brand south of the border. It features multiple compartments for organized packing. Wheels and a telescoping handle make it easy to transport. The handle though doesn’t come out all the way (photo # 2 shows the maximum length), or lock in place, which makes it too short for me (I’m 5’11”, but I’d say it’d work pretty well for a person 5’9” or shorter)—that’s why I’m asking only $20 for it. It has a few scuffs on the outside but nothing too bad; the inside is like new as you can see.
