This is a black 9-inch (22.8 cm) desk fan in a very safe enclosure. It's from Chung Yuan Electric Co., Ltd. Model TFC-8105. Features a stable base which means it is harder for it to get knocked over for those with a mischievious pet or a wobbly toddler this means safety and reliability - can also be placed directly on the floor to get the air at floor level circulating. Point it facing upward to move smoke away from the ceiling quickly! Like-new condition and all functions work great, plenty of power in this one with 3 settings (low, medium and high). The face of the fan snaps into 6 different tilt positions from facing slightly downward all the way to ceiling facing and the plastic blade is deeply inside the enclosure behind a wide and solid frame.
