This one bedroom will be available between April 22 and July 2. It includes a bedroom, a shared living room, kitchen, washroom, and laundry room. The price includes utilities. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a desk, storage space, an overhead light, ambient light, a fan, and a spacious closet. The price is $1,200/month, or $2,400 for the entire time. A $200 deposit will be required and returned upon move out. An official ID and letter of enrollment/employment will also be required. We strongly prefer female or non-men tenants to make this a safe space for the other tenants.
