Looking for a short term roommate while my current roommate is away for work, with possibly to extend depending on situation!! Available for about 3 months (starting July 1st) with possibly to extended based on current roommates situation. Private bedroom in apartment. Room comes with a bed and nightstand, dresser, desk, etc. ALL FURNITURE THE ROOM IS FOR USE WHILE YOU ARE HERE, it is not for you to keep. Has your own bathroom, that occasionally guests may use as it is the only bathroom off the main area. Otherwise its all yours!! Kitchen equipped with some dishes, cutlery and cookware, but feel free to add to the kitchen while your here. I have a airfryer and nespresso machine you are welcome to use AS LONG as it is up-kept and cared for. TV in main living area, and a vanity with Hollywood style lighting in the main area that you are welcome to get ready at when it is not in use by me! Large balcony with STUNNING views of sunrise and Mount Baker in the states!! Room also has this beautiful view as well. Hydro (amount varies) and Wifi bills will be split evenly and is NOT included in the posted price, posting price is for RENT AMOUNT ONLY. Gas is included in rent price. 1/2 months rent as damage deposit required. Washer & Dryer in unit along with central AC & a dishwasher!! Garbage disposal as well. FOB secured building. Small fitness room in basement, that has a steam room. NO PERMANENT PARKING AVAILABLE besides street parking. ONLY short term guest parking for guests only. EXCELLENT location for walking, biking and transit. Located about a 10 minute walk from Brighouse Sky Train Station and / or Richmond Centre Mall. Many bus stops around the area.
