This is a stainless steel mobile sink station with dual water tanks. It includes a fresh water tank and a waste water tank, along with a pump. The unit is on wheels for easy transport. Comes with a paper towel dispenser and soap dispenser. NSF CERTIFIED , have HEATER as well.

You can see the steam — that's the hot water working.
And I also show where the waste water goes — into the separate dirty water tank underneath, so no plumbing needed.
