Sage Green floral Grad/Prom Dress

I am 5’6 and with heels on the dress would slightly touch the ground still. In the last 2 photos i am wearing sneakers, so the dress will look longer than if i was in my heel. I originally spent close to $950 on the dress. I am willing to negotiate the price. The dress has only been worn once for a few hours and has been kept in a dust bag since. There is a small rip on one the layers from someone stepping on it. The dress is quite clean other than the bottom from touching the ground. but could easily be fixed with hemming as the dress is quite long. I am willing to deliver for a small price depending on where you are located.
