There are some stains on the couch (back and front) which is why we have the cover on it. No cuts or any other damages are present. The cover can be replaced with any other cover. You can buy the cover on Amazon. The loveseat dimensions are below: Length = 60" Height = 31" Width = 34" Comes from a pet-free and smoke-free home. Pick up in Ajax. No delivieres as I do not have a truck or a van. I can help you load this into your vehicle if needed
