Creality Ender 5-plus 3D Printer

I’ve had this printer for a year and personally I’m new to printing and I learned that it is not where I should have started, it is a great printer, although at this point I haven’t been able to print anything substantial as I can’t figure out the settings and all that, it might also potentially have a part that needs to be replaced but I have no idea, it’s just the nozzle but I’m not sure if it is the issue I’m fairly certain it’s just my settings
