Bao Family - Chinese Cookbook

Never used, but this is a beautiful Chinese cookbook. Mixture of more complicated recipes and those that will feel familiar from a takeaway. The diagrams to help create dumplings was why I bought it. It's a great cookbook, but thinning out my collection, which is quite excessive.
