What I am looking for in a roommate: Someone's who's clean and proactive in ensuring the place is tidy. Willing to follow a chore system like taking out the trash, sweeping etc. Someone who is considerate and respectful of personal space, belongings and food. No sharing of the room as the room is only suitable for 1 person. There is a direct bus to Don Mills station and Pape station (25S / 925S) just a 2 min walk away. Grocery stores, dollar store, lots of restaurants at walking distance. 15 min walk or 5 min drive to Fairview Mall. Laundry: Available in building. Pets: Open to cats or small dogs.
