Homcom 2 seater sofa

Selling my HOMCOM 45” loveseat as I’m moving. Purchased less than a year ago and still in good overall condition. It’s a compact size, so it works really well for a condo, bedroom, or small living space. There is a light mark on the seat from soap used while trying to clean a small spot (shown in the photos). It’s mostly just a cleaning/soap mark and doesn’t affect the use of the sofa. Priced low at $50 because of this and because I need to sell it before moving. Details: * HOMCOM * 45” wide * Less than 1 year old * Light beige/cream fabric with wood frame * $50 Pickup only near Bloor–Yonge Station, Toronto. Buyer will need to come pick it up.
