Private Room + Den for Rent

Looking for a female roommate to share a 3-bedroom apartment with two working women in their 20s (one from Ukraine, one from Ethiopia). We're seeking a respectful, neat, clean, and quiet woman in her 20s or early 30s, either a student or working professional. The apartment is located at 19 Tyndall Avenue, Toronto, ON, unit 3. Rent is $1215 per month, available April 15th or May 1st, 2026. The lease can be renewed for one year if agreed upon by all parties. First and last month's rent are required, along with a credit check and rental application. The rental includes the master bedroom + Den with a closet, 1 shared bathroom, and in-unit laundry. Water is included in the rent, and one parking spot is available. Internet, Hydro, and Gas are not included and will be split among the three tenants. Optional: A desk with drawers and an ergonomic chair can be added for an extra $110. The apartment is conveniently located near Dufferin Gate Loop (transit), Exhibition GO, Exhibition Centre, Liberty Village, No Frills, restaurants, parks, and convenience stores.
