Proctor Silex Ultraglide Plus iron. Features adjustable fabric settings for linen, cotton, wool, silk, and synthetics. Options for water steam and spray wetting. Cord wraps neatly for storage. Cord support at exit point. Works as it did when new. A classic iron from the The Bay - Housewares, circa 2002. There is some wear on the iron surface but that does not interfere with function or fabrics. Absolutely no rusting from the little holes. Has been well maintained. (I recommend a wipe with some rubbing alcohol should there be any transfer from an item to the iron or from touching the surface with hands.) If you were going to buy a new gliding iron, get this one instead!
