Bissell PowerLifter Cannister Vacuum

Bissell PowerLifter (model 1654D) cannister vacuum cleaner. Includes hose, motorized powerfoot, extra cyclonic unit, and extra filters. The filters are all used and washed but have some life remaining. Filters include 3 extra main filters, 1 pre filter and one post motor filter. 2 extra nozzles included are the upholstery tool and dusting brush. If I find the crevice tool that is included too. Everything works but the power cable inside the hose crosses sides, causing hair and larger dirt to get stuck. Replacement hoses are about $75 from Bissel.
