Freestanding Electric fireplace and mantle. No remote. Pick up in Sunshine Hills Area near Sunshine Hills Elementary School in North Delta. (Cross roads are “Carncross Cresent and Bond Blvd.”) Min of 2 strong people to carry and move is required to pick up item is extremely heavy! It is all in one piece. It may be able to be taken apart but I’m not sure. Will require a truck or mini van type vehicle and There are 2 sets of stairs to navigate. (5 stairs to a landing then out the front door and down 3 stairs ) Well loved with a few marks but all works well. Measures 16 1/4 Depth, 57 1/4 Wide, 45 3/4 Height
