UNOPENED Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart Bundle + Pro Controller

Selling a factory sealed, unopened Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World Bundle & Pro Controller. I bought it last summer but never got around to playing it as I mainly play games on PC. I've priced it to sell quickly due to some expenses. The bundle is $530 and the Pro Controller is $70. Both are brand new and factory sealed, including an unused code for Mario Kart World.
