Sonic 3 Shadow the Hedgehog figure

A Shadow the hedgehog figure from Sonic The Hedgehog 3 movie. The figure is almost in completely new condition, aside from the right leg, which is disfigured. It pops off of the hip easily, but can be snapped back into place. It came like that when I initially bought the figure. I have tried many times to fix it, to no luck.
