Commercial Coca-Cola refrigerator

Looks cool, does not cool lower than 17 degrees Get it working? Currently same model on auction site is $1800 Includes shelves Dimensions 74" tall, 20"wide,27" deep 290lbs I cannot life this out of the basement. Have a stair dolly that supports 550lbs if needed. Few marks that should buff out from paint being moved.
