Private room for rent

Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our 4-bedroom house starting September 1, 2026. If you're interested, please send a DM. Our household consists of female students and young professionals in our early 20s. We're easygoing and mostly keep to ourselves, but we do enjoy having friends over, movie nights, or hosting dinners occasionally. We like to keep the house clean but understand if things get a bit messy during midterms or finals. The house features 2 bathrooms, a front and back yard, and is conveniently located right in front of the 49th bus stop (25-30 minutes to UBC). It's also just a 3-minute walk to the 17 bus stop for downtown and within walking distance to A&W, a 24/7 mart, Subway, Sushi Mura, and Domino's. Utilities cost an average of $25-$50 a month, including Wi-Fi. The room comes unfurnished. However, I'm moving out and will be selling my furniture (bed frame, mattress, dresser, and chair). If you're interested, you're welcome to purchase them separately, making your move-in even easier.
