17It is a standard size futon with wooden legs. It is in good condition and ready for your home! This is hardly used. We just noticed the cushion in the just a certain part is getting down but the other parts were still okay!!!! See picture for reference. Overall the quality is okay and serving its purpose! You can just use it whenever! Maybe you can add foam into it. Size reference can fit to 3-4 person at the same time. You will feel a little of the spring when you sit so probably you need to buy a cushion pads foam (available in amazon!) Prompt pick up only please North Vancouver Central Lonsdale
