Teak/Teak Veneer/Tile Dining Table with Tile Inlay

At 4' in diameter and 29" tall, this round dining room table has seen some action, but with a little TLC it could shine again. I believe the base is fully teak, the top is a veneer & tile combination over plywood and particle board. Edges of the table need re-stained. Some caulking between tiles may need redone, and one of the tiles is cracked (pictured). Easy to assemble (4 nuts) with two people, you'll probably need at least a van or (maybe) a large SUV to transport it.
