This bed does come with half rails or full length “telescope” rails. Pictured are the telescope rails. This bed is fully adjustable. - Whole bed height goes way up/way down -Incline to sit/Decline to lay -Knee rest for bracing knees and to help keep the patient from sliding down the bed.
