Custom Made Tufted Leather Sofa

This is a gorgeous custom made sofa. Locally made in Vancouver to a custom spec. The leather is a natural analine Italian leather, it has a lovely hand. Moore and Giles Mont Blanc smooth wax pull up leather, whole hides. It was designed so that it was long enough and deep enough to sleep on. Which makes it quite large. The price is low because: 1-there are 3 tears on the seat. It can be repaired. We have been using it with a throw blanket on the seat to hide it. The rest of the sofa is in great condition. 2-it needs to be moved out of our apartment with professional movers, down 3 flights of stairs. It needs a bit of expertise to get out of our building. The frame is solid wood, and sturdy. It is made with high density foam, so you do not sink into it. The leather is a warm grey colour. It’s very comfortable for sleeping and sitting on.
