Utilities Included: Heat, Water, Electricity, Internet & Parking. Please note: Rent may increase by approximately $75–$100/month if the current owners sell the condo and the new owners adjust the rental rate. 🏠 About the Condo: •Private furnished bedroom, •Private bathroom, •Shared kitchen and living areas, •In-suite washer and dryer, •Parking included, •Quiet, friendly neighbourhood, •Walking trail and park nearby. 🐱 Pets: The condo is home to two friendly cats (Max & Gandalf) and an aquarium with fish.
