Dining Table Farmhouse Style with Matching benches

Custom Farmhouse style wood table and two benches, paid over $700. Table needs a bit of work. Table is solid and very heavy. Table Measurements Length - 4 ft 11inches Width - 2 ft 10 inches Height - 2 ft 8 inches Bench Measurements Length - 49.5 inches Width - 10.25 inches Height - 20.25 inches PU South Surrey/Ocean Park area - message if interested! Condition: Table is solid and overall good condition. *See Photos* - needs top sanded,restained/painted and treated with water resistant coat. This is due to markers on table from Kids listening when saying " don't color on table". - New lag bolt is needed underneath in picture shown as the right leg partially broken in move. -Benches do have light squeak to them if you rock side to side on them. If demonstration is needed one of our kids is a professional at it. But also it was do to the way they were constructed. Smoke and pet free home.
