Modern Black and White Dotted Bird Figurine

Modern decorative bird figurine is made of a matte black painted wood with a white carved dot pattern. This piece has a smooth finish on the lower half and a textured, perforated design on the upper body and head. The figurine is solid black with white accents. There may have been a repair to paint on the tip of the beak (although I can’t tell if this is part of the design or not). See pictures. Driveway pick up
