Honda Civic 2012 EX with sunroof and multiple additional options compared to basic Civic 2012. Very well maintained with low mileage (154,850 km). We did regular oil change at every 6,000 km or 6 months, whichever came early. Filter change was done at 150,000 km. New battery was installed 6 months ago. Car is female driven, used only for groceries, library, and minor local use. My wife is 3rd owner of the car since March 2024. We are selling the car as we are moving away. Previous owner bought this car in 2015 as pre-owned certified from Honda Dealership for his wife's local use. Automatic transmission. 4 doors. 4 cylinder. Front wheel drive. 1.8L I4. 15 inch tires with rims. 4 winter tires with rims included. Engine condition - excellent. Drive is excellent with no sounds. No rust.
