You do not have to preclean or prepare at all! Leave it to us to help you! 6. We have all of our own professional grade equipment and supplies. You do not have to supply vacuum and mop/supplies unless you prefer, which of course we can accommodate. 4. We have never had a complaint. Why? Because I encourage clear concise communication allowing for you to ensure that you get the results you want! I have worked for commercial cleaning companies in the past. They charge on average $70/h. And the work is sub par. I actually love what I do and so does my small curated team. We charge $50/h/cleaner for first time cleans . Minimum 2h/2 cleaners. We accept $45/ h/cleaner for cash payments. If you need regular cleaning, such as weekly, biweekly or monthly, then we can arrange a special price for you.
