Specs: I7 8th Gen, Intel, 16gb RAM, 1 TB HDD, windows 11, screen refresh rate 60hz Performance is okay. I checked it takes approximately 1 to 1.5 mins for start and shutdown. If you want much faster performance then I suggest upgrading hdd to ssd (even its 256 gb) and may be downgrading to windows 10. I felt old gen laptops works better with lower windows version.
