Speyer C-6 Vintage Classical Guitar — Made in Japan, circa 1980s Full-size nylon-string classical guitar with a warm, mellow tone and a comfortable playing feel. The Speyer C-6 is a discontinued vintage model believed to have been manufactured in Japan during the 1980s. It features a spruce top, dark-stained mahogany or nato back and sides, a traditional slotted headstock, open-gear tuning machines, a tie-block bridge, and a decorative mosaic rosette. The tuners operate properly, the action is comfortable, and the guitar plays cleanly without noticeable buzzing. Well suited to classical practice, fingerstyle playing, songwriting, or as an affordable first nylon-string guitar. Condition: Very good used condition for its age, with normal cosmetic wear throughout. There are several small scratches, dings, and finish marks on the body and headstock, along with light finish checking near the neck heel, as shown in the photos. A faint painted or stencilled “Templeton Music” marking is visible near the bottom of the back. This appears to be an older store, school, or inventory marking and is cosmetic only. No structural cracks have been observed. The neck joint feels secure, the bridge is firmly attached, and the frets are in good condition. The current nylon strings are strung left-handed (can be restrung to rigth-handed, if desired) and are playable but not new.
