Concept 2 Rowing erg only 266 miles

This is a Concept 2 rowing machine with a PM5 monitor. It's in perfect working condition for a full-body workout at home. Shortly afterward, I returned to working on-site where I have access to a gym, so this rower ended up getting very little use. The PM5 monitor currently shows just 266 miles 428,300 lifetime meters, which is embarrassingly low to admit, only about 10 marathons worth of rowing on it The machine has always been kept indoors in a climate-controlled bedroom. It has never been stored in a garage, basement, shed, or other cold/humid environment. Everything works as it should and it is in excellent condition.
