Walking distance to White Rock Hospital and only 5 mins to Peace Arch Border. Rent Includes: All utilities, high-speed internet, and laundry once a week. Please note: No pets, smoking, drugs, overnight guests, or parties. Looking for someone tidy who cleans up after themselves and respects shared spaces.
