Blue Ruffle Pants. Size 2x or size 16

These blue pants have a ruffled hem. They are made of a lightweight, woven fabric. Elastic waistband for comfort. I put size 16 if people go by this size. The ruffle doesn't show at the bottom because I hadn't washed it. I tried it on and it was too big for me.
