This 1940s Pyrex saucepan, pre-World War II, measures 8 inches in total and 7-3/4 inches inside. It’s made of flameware blue glass and has no handle. These pans were designed for gas stoves, and chefs know they distribute heat evenly. They work brilliantly for making cream, sauces, or béchamel.
