WANTED: balcony cleaning and setup help

Im looking for someone to help me deep clean my balcony and setup ikea balcony outdoor tiles. The balcony is covered in construction dust and sets off my allergies after 5 min outside. I can send pictures of the balcony for visual inspection for a quote and I’ll provide all cleaning supplies. The major intersection is Dundas/Jarvis.
