I can not make out the artist's name from the signature, but with the numbering I am going to assume that the piece is one of a kind. I have tried searching on the net, but still come up empty. So, this could be one of those over the top, rare pieces. It measures 45.75" X 22.5", (quite large.) In excellent condition and ready for your wall.
