Hi, I have a Furnished two separate bedrooms with shared washroom available for rent on the second floor of the house. All utilities like heat, water, electricity and wifi are included in the rent. Kitchen and laundry will be shared. This house has pure drinking water system, water softener system, air conditioning, and dechlorinator system. We have gym and entertainment area in basement which includes 150 inch screen and projector, table tennis etc. Nice backyard with deck, barbeque and storage shed available for use. Note: Rent is per room and only one occupancy per room. Female tenants preferred as currently a female living in main floor room. Available from Oct 1, 2025. Thanks, Dilip
