Amana High Efficiency Furnace

Amana model GUX125B50A, 100000 BTU 90 percent efficient gas furnace. Dimensions are 48" high, 25" wide, and 28" deep. This furnace came out of a spec house and was used to heat a 3-car garage for a few years. It has been stored in my basement for about 5 years, unused. It vents out the side with PVC pipe. An additional control board is included. It runs on 120V AC. It is disconnected and ready for pickup.
