UPPAbaby Vista complete stroller system (includes orig boxes)

9km
This is the stroller my wife and I researched for three weeks before buying. We weren’t disappointed. The good stuff -It handles REALLY well. Curbs, cracked sidewalks, soggy park grass. Those big back wheels make it (almost) effortless to push. There’s a reason UPPAbaby is often call the “Audi of strollers”. -A lot of thought went into its engineering, everything is single-click or quick-release, even the wheels. -The seat turns around. Can face you during the “is she still breathing” phase, or face out once they’d rather look at dogs. -The basket underneath is great. Diaper bag, a jacket, and a Costco rotisserie chicken. Simultaneously. -This stroller system grows with them, newborn to toddler. Pop off the bassinet, click on the seat, and folds flat for transporting in the car. The not-so-good stuff -Still a little heavy to lift. About 28 lbs with the bassinet, 24 lbs with the toddler seat. My wife’s arms had opinions about lifting it into a trunk. -It eats a small trunk. Driving a Civic? Measure first. -It’s a 2011. Newer UPPAbaby add-ons (2015 and up) won’t click on. But you won’t need them, because everything it came with is right here. The stuff you’re secretly wondering -Is it gross? No. It’s in excellent condition. Fabrics have all been cleaned and sanitized, frame wiped down, wheels cleaned and reconditioned. Smoke-free, pet-free home. Go ahead and sniff the bassinet. I won’t judge. -Is anything broken? Not that I know of, and I’d rather you find out than take my word for it. Fold it. Push it across the driveway. Stomp the brake. Bring your most suspicious face. -Is anything missing? Nope. We kept the boxes. All three. Yes, we’re box people. -Recalls? Don’t think so. I checked Health Canada’s recall site but couldn’t find anything. -Warranty? Sorry. Not with ours, not with any used stroller. So here’s my version: test everything before you hand me a dollar. If something feels off, walk away. No awkward small talk required. What you get -Durable frame, scratch-resistant powder-coated finish -Reversible toddler seat, bumper bar, extendable sunshade -Bassinet with canopy (for naps out and about, not overnight sleep) -Rain covers and bug nets for both -Chicco car seat adapter (a godsend, when your child is tiny) -Bassinet bag and parent organizer -All 3 original boxes Buying someone else’s Vista instead? No hard feelings. Okay, maybe a few... Either way: -Ask about the year. Pre-2015 and newer parts often don’t mix. -Smell the fabric. Smoke and pets don’t wash out easily. -Fold it yourself. One smooth motion, or walk away. -Count the pieces against the listing photos. -Look up the year on Health Canada’s recall site. -Remember there’s no warranty, so test before you pay. We paid $1,300 for the complete set. Asking $650. It’s clean, it rolls like new, and nothing’s missing. No filters on the photos. Just good October light. Pickup near Mississauga Rd and Bovaird. Message me anything. Even the weird questions. Especially those.
