Sofa chair very comfortable but too big for our room

VERY Comfortable sofa chair which has reversible cushion as you can see in the picture and wooden trim. It has some damage on the wooden base at the bottom right corner but not overly noticeable there are no stains or rips and comes from a non smoking home and tiny nick at the left upper side barely noticeable as seen in picture. Price was $100 when I bought it but it is too big for our room.
