Iconic late 2000s party top/dress

Blue and yellow one-shoulder tunic/dress with chain detail amazing blue, yellow and leopard tunic/dress by Rripe!! has the coolest butterfly sleeve detail and a gold chain for a strap on the right. bought as a shirt so i assume its tunic, but could definitely be worn as a dress, it measures 31in long! label size S, pit to pit laying flat is 14.5in, shoulder to bottom is 31in. the material has stretch item is in great used condition with no stains or flaws that I noticed
