So this phone had water damage. replacing the battery may not work The phone works fine. But it has to be plugged into the charger during all the time(s). If there is a power outage, the phone may only be able to hold the battery charge for 5 to 10 minutes. Provided you are not streaming HD (High definition video) Otherwise, it works great when it's plugged in. No issues. I havent tried it sith a sim. But can certainly check calling and texting also. Good for streaming audio, taking zoom calls, using apps I am not sure which OS this iphone 5s is upgradable to. As certain apps require you to upgrade the OS. Currently 12.5.7 is installed. To get the phone to boot up. I hold it against a bulb to warm it up. Without burning my fingers obviously. Odd, but it works. In the summer, just holding the back side of the phone and having body heat applied to it works. Priced to sell thx
