This is a vintage 1990s Disney Pixar Thinkway Toys Buzz Lightyear action figure from Toy Story. It's a 12-inch tall collectible space ranger in his signature outfit. Made of durable plastic, this figure was manufactured between 1990 and 1999. It features a light-up function (batteries required) and a talking function with Tim Allen's voice.
